CV

Jürgen Rögner studied aerospace engineering at the Technical University of Munich, specializing in numerical optimization processes for the optimal control of spacecraft propulsion. In 1992 he graduated as an engineer and joined our firm. In 1996 Mr. Rögner became a patent attorney. He is an authorized representative before the European Patent Office and a European trademark and design attorney. Mr. Rögner has been a partner in our firm since 2001.

Mr. Rögner provides our clients with comprehensive legal protection which, depending on their needs, includes patent protection, trademark protection and – more importantly – design protection for their products. He also believes it is necessary to support our clients in monitoring and analyzing both their direct competitors and the broader technical landscape and to prepare our work results in an understandable and processable manner so that action is needed in close coordination and measures can be initiated. Mr. Rögner accompanies a matter from the beginning and until it is resolved – by building protective rights and their enforcement for our clients or by attacking protective rights of competitors and defending against their unjustified claims.
